A large terrace full of plants and flowers is ideal for sitting and enjoying the summer heat accompanied by a glass of wine. Meanwhile, you can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it on a unique stone table. You can also get a little tan on the six sun loungers available on this same terrace and cool off in an outdoor shower. A small porch, with access from the living room, ideal for sitting and contemplating the nature of the countryside and breathing tranquility. This quiet home is fenced and has absolute privacy. It is a one-story house, where a comfortable and practical living-dining room is perfect for sitting and watching a movie on satellite television (only programs in Spanish and German) or listening to some music. Its Mediterranean-style fireplace is only an element of decoration. The kitchen, open to the living-dining room, is equipped with a simple bar and is gas-powered. The house offers three bedrooms with wardrobes, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds, along with two shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. They have at their disposal a fan in each bedroom and a radiator in each bathroom. It has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with babies, we have a crib and a high chair, and we can provide a second one upon request. The next sandy beach, the small Cala d'es Borgit, is only accessible on foot. This quiet house is located in the southeast of the island, next to the Mondragó Natural Park near the town of Portopetro. The Mondragó Natural Park is a protected area known for its small, crystal-clear beaches and coves, and for all the flora and fauna typical of this area of ??the island. By car you can reach a small fishing village called Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you can enjoy delicious fish and seafood dishes, as well as stroll through a beautiful port. It is a perfect entertainment area both day and night. If you feel like it, you can take a short boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. Although a little further away, about 40 km, do not forget to visit the extraordinary Cathedral of the city of Palma and its extensive port full of boats, from the simplest and traditional to the most luxurious and sophisticated.
